Reflection on Mendeley

Mendeley is an application that allowed user to manage the citation or references in easily way and presented by myself..Mendeley consist of method to manage the files downloaded in form of journal and can be cited directly the references in microsoft word. it is great application when users want to manage the citation without typing the references one by one and find the sentences need in journal much faster in many files at once..it also can manage the table and figure created in word document...

Reflection On Chemsketch

Chemsketch is a tools that allowed users to create the structure molecules easily..presented by Norazela was great moment when we can explore the application meaningfully..the chemsketch provides the button for each atom to create a molecule simply and easily without any error or mistake..it also contains tools/ template that can creates laboratory apparatus by our needs..by using the chemsketch too, it can shows the 3D struture for the molecules created..

Reflection on Power Point

This week reflection on power point that is presented by Muhammad Nazri..from power point, we can create the presentation slide which consist of picture, text and video with great animation. there are several movement provides in power point which are entrance,emphasis and exit..there are also slide transitions with animated form by using custom animation..we were introduced with advanced power point which are included the movement like flash movie..it is awesome and not like power point anymore..

Reflection on Window Movie Maker

Window movie maker was presented by Nurliyana..it is software that suite and offer the ability to creted a video as well then publish it online on youtube, facebook and etc. it consist of layout of storyboard and timeline view. it also can combine between video files and photos..we can edit the timeline of the video as we need specific part on the video..the audio or music file can be insert in different path frame and adjusting the volume..there are also the effect transition between the frame or file added..footage can be inserted into the file from another sources such as scanner, web conference and etc..

Reflection on ONE NOTE

Microsoft OneNote is a computer programme for gathering the information in various form. It is multifunction document. This One note presented by Chew Keat Geork..It gather the users note either in form of document text, video files, drawing, screen clipping and also audio files. It can be shared with others users online by networking place..sending an email by using one note also can be done..we also creates the tables and insert picture directly to the files..and video file or recording in one document!

Reflection on Document Map

The microsoft word actually provides the application that allowed users to creates easy way to manage the document..in such way of Document Map that was presented by AZMA..it seat at left of screen in microsoft word. it shows the outline of the document by display the heading of each of the topic..it is easier to used by choosing the right way in the heading and allowed users to find the topic or subtopic much faster. it also can be copied the entire heading in text below it by click the heading in the navigation bar..there were three simple button that is document map, thumbnail and find...

Reflection on Microsoft Excel

This week we were introduced to a microsoft excel presented by shahrizatuazuin..the programme provides us about the electronic spreadsheet program that can be used for storing, organizing and manipulating data. There are several formulas can be used as a new easy method to derives the results. As a teachers, we can used the programme to key in data such as students result and grade in form of table or graphical. We can graded the student's result by using the Vlookup formulas..we also can used formula to calculated the standard deviation, average and etc.

Reflection on Publisher

The microsoft offer the easy application (PUBLISHER) to created the document for presenting in compressed format. This application was presented by Nurul Ain..it's provided the tools for gather the information such as text, picture and graphic. It also provided a templates for direct use rather than creates by own or customize it..It is suitable to creates the document for any function or programme in school as a pamphlet or brochure for VIP or guest. The application also provided the medium to imported the picture from online server for easy connection..

Reflection on Picasa

This week we were introduced with one application to edit picture and movie slide can be created by using PICASA. This application was presented by kamili. The application provided the tools for edit picture from document in drive and automatically saved inn picasa..the tools provided is user friendly and easier to grab. It also provides the tools to creates the movie from picture album with text editor in front of album. We can also shared the picture album or video directly to the server.

Reflection on Wordpress

After syarfa prensented on blogger, we than were introduced to another application like blogspot that is wordpress presented by syazwani. The function are same like blogspot, but the construction is different in way to design the display. The look by using the wordpress are more attractive rather than blogspot by using the dashboard provided in wordpress. But it is more difficult for new user like me. The display and link more complicated but it need more training for mastery it.

Reflection on blogspot

This week, we were introduced with application that is blogspot and presented by syarfa furzanne..by using the blogspot, we can display various information and shared with others. It is easier and user friendly compared to wordpress..we can shared files such as video, text and simulation in the application..the customize setting also gave us to created new look to our blog..

The software used to record the video is CAMSTUDIO
