The microsoft word actually provides the application that allowed users to creates easy way to manage the document..in such way of Document Map that was presented by AZMA..it seat at left of screen in microsoft word. it shows the outline of the document by display the heading of each of the topic..it is easier to used by choosing the right way in the heading and allowed users to find the topic or subtopic much faster. it also can be copied the entire heading in text below it by click the heading in the navigation bar..there were three simple button that is document map, thumbnail and find...
